       After Ticket cancellation the "Ticket Refund Amount" is retain as "Credit Note"
        which can be use for your next booking.

Ticket Cancellation Rules are applicable to all the Routes & Schedules *
1 Before schedule departure time     0 - 4 Hrs No Refund
2 Before schedule departure time  4 - 8 Hrs 75 % Refund
3 Before schedule departure time  8 Hrs - Onwards 85 % Refund
 
 *        1. Schedule departure Time = First Pickup Point Time in that City.
 *        2. After schedule departure time "No Refund".  
 *        3. Above rules are subjected to change.
What is Credit note ?
Customer has a facility for online cancellation, once you cancel the ticket - the refund amount
is retained as Credit note. This refund amount (credit note) will automatically get adjusted
at your next booking amount. Due to some technical reason we would not refund the amount
directly to your credit card in some scenario.
