Title : Sales and Marketing Executive

Reports to : VP - Marketing & Operations

Job purpose : To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain
                          and develop sales of GTT product offerings in accordance with agreed business plans.

As a Sales Executive the ideal candidate will
   1) Leverage knowledge of consultative selling strategies and current direct marketing.
   2) Meeting Clients & giving presentations and formulate sales promotion activity.
   3) Responsible for Business development.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
  1. Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims,
     including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
  2. Plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.
  3. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods,
      and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  4. Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
  5. Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts
      with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
  6. Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
  7. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  8. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development
      of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
  9. Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary
      to perform duties and aid business development.
  10. Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.

Title : Sales Support Executive

Reports to : VP - Marketing & Operations

Job purpose : Sales Support Executive acts as the primary interface between GTT and its business partners.
                     In this position, applicants will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational
                     support to clients selling on the GTT platform

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

 1.Will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical pre-sales/post sales support to customers including training customers on product usage.
 2. Managing each customer interaction to the satisfaction of the customer problem isolation and identification.
 3. Engagement and interaction handling of customer to an acceptable closure
 4. Remotely access and troubleshoot if needed.
 5. Candidates will be comfortable both in a self-sufficient role, as well as one of team support and interaction.
 6. Ownership of work is extremely important,
 7. Essential to this role is the ability to multitask in an environment of competing demands, both internal and external to the company.
 8. Applicants will be expected to address system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation,

     and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements.
 9. Outstanding analytical and technical skills including working knowledge of MS Excel are a requirement in order to be successful in this role.
 10. Sales Support Executive has an immediate, distinct effect on the experience of customers of GTT; therefore a strong
     record of customer focus is extremely desirable.
 11. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
 12. Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales,
        and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft Outlook to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
 13. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
 14. Participates and contributes to the development of promotional programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees.
 15. Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
